Vantage Solar

My system was installed October 23 by Vantage Solar, using SolarEdge, equipment and technology. Since the end of August 24, I have had an issue with a panel not producing. Prior to that I had numerous issues with the system mostly due to bad optimizers and an inverter being replaced. I was without production for two months for various issues. SolarEdge equipment apparently is not reliable. Their service is even worse. Vantage Solar has now been a ghost since August 26. I have attempted emails, messages and phone calls with no response. So 5star goes to 1.

I can’t say enough how great of an experience it was working with Seth at Vantage Solar. He was very responsive to all of my questions. The focus on every single small detail was reassuring that the entire job was done correctly. I will be sure to recommend Vantage to anyone who will listen. I’m so happy with my system!

After i signed contract with vantage solar in December 2022, the whole procedure went smoothly and by the first week of March 2023 my rooftop solar was connected to grid and so far we did not have any issues with the installation. I have opted to use complete rooftop space as my roof was aligned perfectly south. So i ended up with 10.44KW (Panasonic Panels) and so far every month the module has been generating 100% more than what i need. Down the road i am planning to change my heating source from Gas(propane) to Electric. The Quote provided by Vantage was the best when compared to other local installers but it was 30% more than Tesla's quote. however after going through the online reviews on Tesla i have decided to go with Local installers even though it would cost me more and finally decided to go with Vantage Solar. For Solar Loan, i chose to go with UMASS federal credit union which were giving the best interest rate for solar loans. I can definitely say Vantage Solar is a reliable solar installer.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Seth and the Vantage Solar crew. Seth was very thorough in his explanation of everything from system sizing, to panel options, to understanding how to track your solar metrics. There was never any pressure to close the deal nor any upselling, only suggestions on what may or may not be the best options for our project. If you're looking for a company that will likely cost the same as the big chain installers but provide excellent local service and communication then we 100% recommend Vantage Solar.

I had a full array of solar panels installed on my house at the end of 2018 by Seth and the Vantage Solar team. After doing months of research and meeting with several vendors, I felt as though Seth was the most knowledgeable of all the installers I met with, understood what my goals were (and weren't), and was very fairly priced. Everything was completed on time and without issue and the system has worked perfectly going on 5 years now without any issues. I was so pleased with Seth's work, that I used him again in 2021 to get a Battery installed and have also used him for some minor electrical work around my house. I also bother him periodically with dumb questions. No matter the situation, Seth is always quick to respond, quick to act, and overall just a fantastic individual to work with. As some background - I was involved in the building process of my house as well as my wife's two stores and have likely had far more than the average number of experiences with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc. (and yet embarrassingly find myself with two left thumbs still). I cannot give a higher recommendation to Seth and his team.

From the moment I talk to Seth, I knew he was the real deal. Never once did I feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure my install went the way I wanted it to go. I ended up having a panel crack and he was very quick to get back to me and replace the panel. I have since hired him to install more panels on my roof. Stop looking and hire these guys.
