Workmanship Warranty

This Limited Warranty is SPP's agreement to provide warranties on the System installation at your Property. The warranty includes the following:

1. System Warranty: SPP guarantees that the System will be free from defects in workmanship and will be installed professionally and in a workmanlike manner.

2. Repair Promise: If there is a breach of the System Installation Warranty, SPP will correct any defective workmanship at no cost to you, including labor costs. SPP will also repair any damage caused by us or compensate you for the damage. Cosmetic repairs will be made at SPP's discretion.

3. Warranty Length: The warranties provided above will be valid for a period of ten (10) years starting from the installation of the System at your Property. If you assume an existing Agreement, the warranty will cover the remaining balance of the existing Limited Warranty Term.

4. Monitoring, Maintenance, and Operation: You are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the System. SPP will provide you with software monitoring tools and user manuals for your System equipment.

5. Making a Claim and Transferring the Warranty: You can make a claim by email, overnight mail, or phone. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners or transferees of the System.

6. Exclusions and Disclaimer: The warranty does not cover repairs, replacements, or corrections resulting from unauthorized installation or repairs by others, damage not caused by SPP while servicing the System, your failure to meet your obligations under the Agreement, or your breach of this Limited Warranty.

Awesome service and delivery

Alex Stutt reached out to me after I submitted an inquiry for a solar installation. During the initial visit, he listened very carefully to my needs, asked excellent questions, and afterwards was outstanding with his very detailed proposal and bid to install solar panels, a smart electrical panel (SPAN), and 2 Powerwalls. He was also quickly responsive to my request for a couple of contract tweaks. Their installation crew was simply awesome! Very competent, efficient, friendly, and overall great to work with. They were very flexible and readily adapted to my requests for installation details (layout of conduit, placement of batteries, etc.). I've been recommending them to all of my friends and acquaintances.

Very satisfied with Solar Power Pros

We had a great experience with Solar Power Pros from initial consultation to turning the system on. Everyone was very professional, things happened on time or faster than our expectations, and there were no complications. And the process was very fast, a little more than a month from signing to the system being operational. We liked the price as well.

Great local business, highly recommend!

Solar Power Pros in Denver provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their initial consultation was thorough and informative, helping me understand the benefits and costs of solar energy. The installation was quick and professional, with the team handling all permits and coordination with my utility company. Customer service was top-notch, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions. The monitoring app really helpful as well.

Great company!

The company displayed responsiveness, expertise, punctuality, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Every staff member was courteous and professional. Brad, the sales manager, stood out for his exceptional readiness to address inquiries and provide regular updates. Absolutely no regrets; the experience was great.

4 months without my panels

they did a great job installing the 1st time. THE ISSUE - I needed my roof replaced. they removed on november 15th, but took over 16 weeks to reinstall. was told they would be off for 4 weeks at the most. (weather played a small role in set back) was finally given a date of Feb 5th for reinstall. Got a call from scheduler saying he never got this job in system and would now be march 10 before the could get to me. final install date was 3/20 - (over 16 weeks without producing) witch cost me an extra $600 due to the poor scheduling on their part. Hopefully there is not a next time. A Not so happy customer
