Breiter Planet Properties offers a comprehensive 25-year warranty for our solar systems, ensuring peace of mind and reliability. Our warranty includes:

Installation Warranty: Guarantees defect-free workmanship for 25 years.

Inverter Warranty: Covers inverters for the full warranty period after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Roof Warranty: Ensures all roof penetrations are watertight for 10 years or the length of your existing roof warranty.

Damage Warranty: Covers any damage caused during installation.

Performance Guarantee: We guarantee the system's power production over 25 years. If the system underperforms, we compensate the difference based on an agreed price per kWh.

Maintenance and Operation: We provide a Solar Operation and Maintenance Guide and offer remote monitoring to ensure optimal performance.

Great Work and No BS

I just had Breiter Planet Construction do some work on my house, and I gotta say, they did a fantastic job! I live right on the water and needed my roof replaced and some solar panels put on. As a fisherman, I ain't got much time, but these folks worked around my schedule, which was real nice. They explained everything simple-like, so I understood what was going on. The solar panels are already helping cut down my energy bills, and the new roof looks great and is tough for the storms we get here. The crew was super nice and cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciated. They treated my home with respect, like it was their own. If you need good work done and want folks you can trust, I highly recommend Breiter Planet. They made it all easy and stress-free! Five stars for sure!

No BS, No Pressure – Just Straightforward Solar

Man, I gotta say, going solar wasn’t easy at first. Me and my wife been wanting solar for a while ‘cause the power bills were getting nuts, and I didn’t want to be stuck when the power goes out in the winter. But lemme tell ya, finding the right company was a pain. We talked to three different ones before Breiter Planet, and every one of ‘em left a bad taste in my mouth. First guy kept going on about government rebates, like I needed Uncle Sam to pay for my solar. I ain’t got time for that kinda talk—I wanted to know how the system works and what it’s gonna do for me. Second guy was all about pressure. Said I had to sign that day or lose some so-called ‘special offer.’ Felt like a car salesman, honestly. I don’t roll that way, so I sent him packing. Third guy? All he wanted to talk about was loans and financing. I told him straight, ‘I don’t do debt. I pay cash.’ He still kept trying to push some loan nonsense. I about gave up on the whole idea. Then I got a recommendation from a buddy about Breiter Planet Construction, and I figured I’d give it one last shot. Andrew came out himself—turns out he’s the owner of the company, not just some sales rep—and right away I could tell this guy was different. He listened to what I wanted. Back up and running

I can't say enough about the service I got from Breiter Planet Construction. My previous solar contractor went bankrupt, and when my inverter stopped working, my system just completely stopped producing. The inverter company recommended Breiter Planet, and I'm so glad they did. Their electrician came out and had everything up and running again in less than 2 hours! Now they’re even monitoring my system going forward. Top-notch service, highly recommend!

Negative bill!

Project finished a few years ago during covid, I have negative bill with Mass Electric and just got a electric car and will be using up that power and getting heat pumps too. Project took a few months longer than expected but I used to be in construction and understand permitting and labor delays.
