Good value and follow up service.

Install completed in September 2023 ane Elevations did a great job. Had an issue with some microinverters in January 2024 and they quickly responded to hp resolve.

Poor follow up by support services

Compensation issue began on6/13/23 and as of 11/13/23 has NOT BEEN RESOLVED! Ms.Loudermilk has NOT performed in a professional manner nor followed through! We paid for services on time and expect the same when we are owed!

Miscommunication that increase cost of the project at the beginning but good overall

Overall we are satisfied with the work done by elevation. The initial inspection missed that they could not install the solar panels on a Spanish tile roof so few months into the project they added 1/3 of the cost of the project to re-do part of the roof. Antonio our support person was extremely responsive and always willing to help us. He quickly took the issue in his hands and helped us get to resolution as quick as he could. Overall I would recommend them since the price of the solar was more than reasonable but I really wish their sales persons would have been more realistic about timing (project took almost a year) and also would have not missed some key details about our roof... Also since we were under NEM 2 with them we could not change solar companies when the issue with the roof happened. Otherwise we would have most likely tried to find a solar company that could install on Spanish tiles roofs...
