Universal Solar Direct has excellent customer service made the end-to-end retail solar panel process a 5-star experience. They worked closely with us to ensure a seamless and cost effective design, estimate, purchase, and install on our 2600sqft home in Phoenix, AZ. Even though we were out of town during a large portion of the project they ensured everything was taken care. They had a checklist of online forms to fill out, and took care of submitting required HOA and SRP documents. Start to finish took less than two months. Enjoying minuscule electricity bills and looking forward to expanding system for future battery storage system and EV charging plugin.

USD was right there to provide an estimate without any sales pressure. Thank you Sergey! They were able to go over and explain everything and additionally answer any and all questions. This also includes being able to call during the process of installation to further explain how things are done. Helped with all the regulatory approvals, worked directly with APS to make it easy on me, and followed up after each step. Customer service is superior and they are really good at answering questions and providing feedback and support. Sometimes it's a little difficult to call about certain situations, but they're really good at explaining the process. I was very satisfied with the installers. Justin and his crew were very efficient, cleaned up afterwards, and explained to me what they were doing through the whole process. They use excellent products and have great warranties to back them up.

If I have an issue with the system, they help me because they monitor it from their side as well. There have been a couple of times where they've called me when I had a power down and started things back up. The installation went much faster than I thought. They had to pull a lot of tiles out but finished everything within two and a half days. They had the place cleaner than when they started. They are fantastic people to work with and are such a pleasure.

Their warranty is for twenty five years and they stand behind their warranty. We had a problem with the panel and they not only took care of it but credited us for the time we did not have the solar panels working. They are an honest company which is hard to find here in Phoenix. It has more than paid for itself. Their panels look beautiful compared to my neighbors.
