From the initial sales call , through contract signing to final installation of the Tesla batteries , HB Energy provided a smooth and seamless and anxiety free process. The Tesla app is great and keeps me informed about what’s happening to my energy consumption minute to minute. I would certainly recommend HB energy to anyone contemplating a battery back up system.

From the moment in mid September when we met Liam Madden who came to complete an system installation estimate to meet our unique needs until we were able to flip the lever to begin generating power we were surprised & delighted by every step!! Clearly the wonderful HB energy people & their experience in system installation & negotiating with power companies showed as our project progressed smoothly. Laurie who helped us complete all the applications as we made our deposit on September 22 & let us know exactly what we needed to provide at each critical point. Liam was here to on October 16th to begin the installation with the skilled crew that had all our panels up & wired in 3 days!! Approvals came from Eversource & meter was swap & by November 3rd we had permission to operate our system. We now review our daily & monthly power production on the Enphase Enlighten Website & believe HB Energy provided a solar installation at a more reasonable price than 6 other quotes we received & delivered exactly what they promised in the time frame we needed. Doesn't get much better than that!!! We have already recommended HB to friends who are exploring options after seeing how easily our project came together. I worked with Liam, Laurie, and the rest of the team at HB to figure out what I needed to install solar panels and a battery for a house that I'm building. Liam was so responsive and helpful at breaking down the pros and cons of different choices, was thoughtful in considering my situation, and able to give me experienced insight when needed. It was so smooth and pleasant to then work with Laurie around arranging the permitting and scheduling of the installation. And now I get to watch how much energy I'm producing on sunny days! I'm very grateful to HB for making this such a smooth process.

HB was very professional service their staffs worked hard and did everything they were supposed to do I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

We had HB Energy Solutions do two jobs for us. The first was to install a Generac generator and the second was to install a Home Franklin battery. In both instances their work was excellent, very professional, and we have thus far been very satisfied with the products and installations. The only reason I didn’t add the last star was that at times communication between the time of placing the order with its downpayment and the actual installation was murky. My questions were always answered once I’d called to inquire about the timeline, but I had to do a certain amount of “chasing the facts.” All in all, though, I highly recommend the company and the products they sell.
