Every moment of this experience has exceeded my expectation. This initial evaluation was seamless, the quote was thorough and easy to understand and made me feel much more informed than I had when I started this process. They delt with all my insane questions with patience and professionalism and was treated like an old friend. They made the loan process simple, they took care of the permitting and all of the required checkboxes and made sure they were all checked. They were patient as I cleared out my garage and I didn’t feel any judgement when they saw the state of it before I made room (I was so embarrassed, but they made me feel like there wasn’t a reason to be embarrassed when there was). Prior to delivery I almost dreaded the impact that the install would have on my work day since I work from home but from the moment they arrived, I experienced nothing but world class service and professionalism. The delivery was quick the installers were professional, and communicated with me every step of the way, they waited until after 5 for the momentary power disconnect so it wouldn’t impact work, they were patient with my questions and respectful of my home. The installation of my solar panels, battery and inverters, and subsequent inspection all exceeded every expectation and I can’t wait to cut the cord with the power company, or at least reduce my reliance on their product. They also include remote monitoring of my system to ensure it continues to perform as it should and will continue to do so! I highly recommend Fused Solar! I spent about a year trying to find a solar installer that could build me a solar system with home backup that did not incorporate net metering as my insurance company won’t allow it and would drop me if I participated in net metering. I spoke to about ten companies and only Fuzed was willing and able to work with me to build a system that works. Duane and Richard are very easy to talk to and they really take their time to explain things and do the right thing. The system they built is pretty advanced with a Span panel, 11kw of solar with Chillicon micro inverters, and two Franklin Whole Home batteries. The pricing was also really good and I can’t recommend them enough.
