I interviewed multiple companies to install a large-ish (44 panels) ground mount solar array and battery backup system at my rural property. I was extremely impressed by the SunPath team, who came out to my place more than once and patiently answered my DOZENS of questions with thoughtful, honest answers. Their consultative approach and genuine desire to find a solution that worked for me was much appreciated. At no point did I feel that I was being "sold" to. The fact that theirs was also the most cost-competitive bid made it an easy decision to go with them. They continued to impress throughout the installation process, with clear and proactive communications about what I could expect at each step of the way. The team arrived when expected, kept me up to date with progress throughout, cleaned up throughly after construction, and followed up multiple times to ensure completion was to my satisfaction. Sunpath was super helpful during the design and bid process of our solar PV installation. They provided good feedback on what was possible with our house, and were detailed and communicative during every step of the process. We ended up installing 8 new panels and re-using and converting our previous array to micro-inverter. Fair pricing, and the installation was completed as scheduled by a competent crew. Highly recommended.
