Green Wave Solar

Had a wonderful experience in Solar installation with Green Wave Solar. Patrick was on top of everything from the start to the finish, once I sighed the agreement with them.

It was a pleasure dealing with the Green Wave Solar team. Creighton got us all set up and was able to explain all the details and the operation of our specific system, making it so simple. The Green Wave install team was knowledgeable, professional and very neat and clean (surprising as we always expect to have to do a lot of cleanup after various workers leave...not so...they cleaned up after themselves!). While the entire install team was great, we can't say enough about what a dedicated worker Carlos is...to call him an asset is an understatement. As for the system, it's been great. This past (very hot) summer, our electric bill was about 70% less than our neighbors...this was on our initial install of 22 panels (July 2021). We were so pleased we just had them install another 14 panels and additional batteries (January 2023). Our output now is even more amazing. Also have to mention that we live in Memphis...with Green Wave being based in Nashville (probably 4 hours away), it was no problem with them coming right out to make a few tweaks to the initial system we had installed (swapping out Generac snap components a few times). Since then it's been running so smoothly and it's been so nice to still have power during the few power outages we've had. Great company, great service, great people and it seems Generac has gotten their snaps components fixed so now we can honestly say great product. Highly recommend!!!

We had our system installed over a year ago and it has performed even better than our expectations! We've had 3 power outages since install and the backup kicks right in every time! We're the only home in our neighborhood that has power during outages. We absolutely love our system! Not to mention - excellent customer service. The Green Wave team is always available to answer any questions we have and are very knowledgeable when it comes to solar. Highly recommended! A+++

Had a wonderful experience with this company everything was done professionally and if you weren't available for the day they were showing up they work around your schedule. Me and my wife absolutely love our Solar Panels and it's been so nice to have our essentials backed up and cutting our power bill in half. Creighton is a amazing person to work with straight out with the facts no strings attached no shadey business. Will recommend to everyone in my neighborhood.

The process of getting from initial meeting with Patrick to commissioning with Creighton was made easier by the knowledge and helpfulness of the entire GreenWave team. Patrick took the time to explain how the system would work, answer all of our questions (which were numerous), and quickly responded to any others that we thought of. GreenWave was responsive when we decided to make a change to our plans and switch to a whole home backup. When it came to installation, the crew worked quickly and cleanly, and explained the steps of installing the panels, battery cabinet, inverter and all the other pieces. I would definitely recommend GreenWave and feel that we have a partner for our energy needs going forward.

I am someone who believes in customer service and I was very happy with the install and how they still focus on the customer after the sale with the monitoring. I would definitely recommend Green Wave for your solar needs.
