Smart Solar Energy answered questions via Zoom, phone and in person. They provided all the answers to our questions, provided suggestions and recommendations, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. The installation went smoothly and we are up and running. There is customer service which is very responsive, and everyone was cheerful and friendly, even the two installers who were out in the pouring January rain and wind. We have had solar before, and are very impressed with Smart Solar Energy's performance.

Smart Solar was so amazing all the way through the process start to finish including all permitting with the city and state. I had concerns about this process from reading about other solar companies, but these guys came through. From sales, to cost, to explaining the process everything went well, and it looks great. I spent many days researching different Solar companies in my area and narrowed it down to three which all provided the same Solar Panels and Inverters.
